用RMAN, 不用DUPLICATE创建备库
1. 备库配置初始化参数文件
主库上生成参数文件

2. 备库创建密码文件
orapwd file=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapw$ORACLE_SID password=change_on_install entries=5密码跟主库相同
没有密码文件则会报错

3. 启备库nomount
